Shipping & Returns

Products that are returned by a customer must have prior approval by a representative of MedicalSourceOnline. Only products that have not been opened or used may be returned. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee on returns and the customer must pay shipping cost. There is a 25% restocking fee on oral nutritional supplements.
